The BC Centre for Ability believes that every person with a disability is a valued member of the community.

Employment can be key to realizing that value. Not only is it important for living with dignity and respect, organizations and workplace teams benefit when everyone is included and participates to their ability.

By raising awareness, identifying opportunities, recruiting candidates, and enabling training and financial support, we work with employers and individuals to help create diverse and inclusive workplaces.

Opportunities Fund Program for Persons with Disabilities
