The BC Centre for Ability believes that every person with disabilities is a valued member of the community.

Employment can be key to realizing that value. Not only is it important for living with dignity and respect, organizations and workplace teams benefit when everyone is included and participates to their ability.

By raising awareness, identifying opportunities, recruiting candidates, and enabling training and financial support, we work with employers and individuals to help create diverse and inclusive workplaces.

Abilities in Mind

Abilities in Mind (AIM) partners with employers to develop capacity and broaden understanding of disability in the workplace through direct consultation, training and events. The goal is to assist organizations in attracting, hiring, retaining and promoting qualified individuals with disabilities, thereby building a more inclusive workforce. AIM is a social enterprise of the BC Centre for Ability.
