What is the North Shore School Occupational Therapy Program?
The North Shore School Occupational Therapy (NSSOT) program supports students with disabilities from kindergarten to Grade 12 in the North and West Vancouver school districts. The Occupational Therapists in this program collaborate with students, families, and teachers, and enable staff to support inclusion, participation, and independence in the school and community. The program is funded by the North and West Vancouver school districts and the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD).
How are referrals made?
Referrals to the NSSOT program are made by the North and West Vancouver school districts. If your child goes to school in one of these districts and you feel they would benefit from this program, please discuss with your school team.
