The BC Centre for Ability (CFA) provides community-based services to enhance the quality of life for children, youth with special needs and adults with disabilities, and their families in ways that foster inclusion in all aspects of life.

The CFA is guided by an overarching set of policies and procedures and an Employee Code of Conduct. Familiarizing yourself with these over time will augment the positive experience of working at the CFA. Please review the policies and return a signed copy to HR@bc-cfa.org before your first day!
